Position Summary:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance the digital customer experience throughout the entire lifecycle journey.
  • Lead the creation of customer-facing portals, ensuring they are user-friendly, intuitive, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Gain deep insights into system backend design to design solutions that seamlessly integrate and optimize customer experiences.
  • Champion user-centric design principles to ensure platforms and solutions are intuitive and easy to use.
  • Develop self-service platforms that empower customers to efficiently address their needs independently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Middle east, India and South Africa including IT, UX/UI designers, Operations, local marketing and brand teams to drive successful digital initiatives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure, analyze, and continually improve digital experiences.
