Job description: We are hiring for one of our clients. Location: Mumbai Experience: 0-4 years Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing / Account Management 1.Client Relationship Management: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships. - Understand and anticipate client needs, objectives, and challenges. - Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, share progress, and address any concerns. 2. Project Coordination: - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the client's brand goals. - Ensure projects are delivered on time. 3. Strategy Development: - Work with clients to define marketing strategies that drive brand growth. - Provide insights and recommendations on marketing strategies, tactics, and channels. - Assist in the creation and presentation of marketing proposals and plans. 4. Reporting and Analysis: - Regularly assess and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. - Present data-driven insights and reports to clients, making recommendations for optimizations and improvements. - Address client concerns and challenges promptly, working with the internal team to find solutions. Marketing Operations Assistance in creating and delivering a wide range of marketing deliverables across Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Visual Marketing.
