We are looking for a Manager, Technical Marketing to join our India team, reporting to the senior director of Technical Marketing. In this role, you will drive Infoblox solutions integration activities, including designing and implementing integrations of our solutions with third-party products, providing support for integrations, supporting Product Management and Technical Marketing with various proofs of concept, and conducting technical training. You will collaborate with Product Management, Support, Technical Marketing, Product Marketing, and Engineering to ensure the top-notch status of Infoblox integrations and virtualized Infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional to join a fast-paced product team charged with defining and launching next-generation products and solutions.

You're the ideal candidate if you enjoy pushing the boundaries of cloud automation, leading team members to create innovative Integration solutions, and working with product management teams to rapidly deliver solutions to customers.

What you'll do:

  • Lead a team of 4-7 Integration and Infrastructure engineers
  • Manage and mentor team members and help them grow with a lead-by-example approach
  • Deliver Ecosystem platform components
  • Lead the evolution of the TME infrastructure to deliver best-in-class demonstrations
  • Collaborate with the broader TME team on projects
  • Recruit and grow the team as necessary, while fostering transparency, collaboration, and trust across geographically distributed areas
  • Drive innovation and continual improvement in the technologies implemented and the processes used to deliver them
  • Promote the importance of building resilient and self-scaling systems that minimize customer impacts, while providing a healthy work environment

What you'll bring:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience managing a team of software developers, system administrators, or a technical marketing team
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in software development, system administration, or technical marketing
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle for enterprise SaaS products
  • Hands-on experience with cloud architecture and deploying cloud infrastructure, specifically VMware's vCloud Suite, Docker
  • Hands-on experience with Public Cloud Providers, such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Experience developing automation/integration scripts on Python with REST APIs
  • Experience with Linux server administration
  • Ability to produce quality technical content and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of core networking, including routing, switching, firewalls, and IP address management. Knowledge of other programming/scripting languages and development tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in computer-related fields or equivalent work experience

After six months, you will…

  • Understand Infoblox's integrations and TME infrastructure
  • Inject new ideas on activities in play
  • Improve the TME infrastructure and SaaS Ecosystem direction
  • Have received extensive training on Infoblox products
  • Be proficient with Infoblox SaaS products and existing integrations and be able to explain and demonstrate integration use-cases
  • Support Infoblox customers

After about a year, you will…

  • Work with other leaders in the organization to further improve corporate processes
  • Serve as a stakeholder for both short and long-term Integration and Infrastructure initiatives
