Job description: Responsibilities :Content Creation :- Develop creative and engaging content for Nykaa's social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.Community Management :- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.- Foster positive interactions with Nykaa's audience, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.Social Media Strategy :- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Nyka's overall marketing objectives.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative strategies.Campaign Execution :- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify Nykaa's reach and engagement.Analytics and Reporting :- Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and content.- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, with recommendations for continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration :- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and e-commerce, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to Nykaa's online presence.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
