- Dealer Digitization and Hyperlocal

- Collaborate with ZO / AO / Dealers to make to roll out Hyperlocal platfrom

- Collaborate with Area offices and Dealers run digital media campaigns and it is measured and analysed.

- Analyze data and improve quality of enquiries, decrease cost per enquiry and improve the conversion rate of enquiries

- Ensure that 70% of dealers are active on Hyperlocal platform

- Collaborate with Hyperlocal partners to improve quality, data and analysis on the tracking platfrom

- To make sure that all dealers are active on online presence

- To create guidelines and SOP for maintaining active presence

- To collaborate with ZO /AO & Dealers to create the right online presence for all

- Primary and secondary networks which includes webpage / social media etc.

- Measure and publish monthly tracker
