Position Overview:

As the HRBP Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our people strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent. You will be responsible for building a high-performance culture that aligns with our company values and supports our business objectives. This is a strategic leadership position that requires a combination of HR expertise, business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top talent across various roles and levels.

- Implement effective recruitment practices, including job postings, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and selection processes.

- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to enhance our talent pipeline.

2. Talent Retention and Development:

- Design and implement employee retention strategies to ensure a high level of engagement and reduce turnover.

- Develop and oversee performance management systems to drive continuous improvement and professional growth.

- Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs, and facilitate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

3. Employee Engagement and Culture:

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well being, teamwork, and collaboration.

- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

- Lead initiatives to reinforce and embed our company values throughout the organization.

4. HR Policies and Compliance:

- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Ensure consistent application and enforcement of policies across the organization.

- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

5. HR Operations and Systems:

- Oversee HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration, payroll, HRIS, and employee record management.

- Implement and leverage HR systems and technologies to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A formal HR degree is required.

- Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in talent acquisition, talent retention, employee engagement, and performance management.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
