This internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in social media marketing while working closely with HR professionals.Key Responsibilities:1. Content Creation : Create engaging and relevant content for THC's social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.2. Social Media Management : Assist in managing THC's social media profiles by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.3. Campaign Execution : Collaborate with the team to plan and execute social media marketing campaigns that align with THC's branding and objectives.4. Research and Analysis : Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for content and campaign improvements. Analyze social media metrics to track the performance of campaigns.5. Community Engagement : Engage with the online HR community by participating in relevant discussions, sharing valuable insights, and building relationships with potential clients and partners.6. Content Calendar : Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic posting schedule.7.
