As the Head of Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our influencer strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and partner with influencers aligned with our brand values to drive engagement, revenue, and brand awareness. This role requires experience in relationship management, strategic planning, and strong communication skills. Qualifications experience in influencer marketing Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing influencer campaigns that effectively drive business results Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, and Product An eye for creativity and visual storytelling An understanding of the metrics and analytics used to track influencer performance and ROI Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Experience in leading and launching influencer campaigns for diverse audiences Experience working with content creators across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
