Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance and support for professional development. Performance Management: Set clear KPIs and targets for the team. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, providing regular reports to management with actionable insights. Content Strategy: Oversee content creation and distribution across various digital channels, including website, social media, email marketing, blogs, and more, to engage and attract the target audience. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance overall online presence. Requirements Proven 6+ experience as a Digital Marketing Head with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc. Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis and reporting tools. Familiarity with marketing automation software and CRM systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
