KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Strategic Planning: Create and put into action a thorough marketing plan that supports the short-, medium-, and long-term commercial goals of the organization. This include conducting competition analysis, consumer segmentation, positioning, creating specific marketing objectives, and conducting market research to find new prospects.

- Brand Management: Oversee the positioning and image of the company's brand. To raise brand recognition and awareness, develop and implement brand strategies. This could entail developing standards for messaging, controlling the use of logos and brands, and putting advertising campaigns into action.

- Product Marketing: Understanding market demands, determining pricing strategies, and managing the product portfolio are all part of working closely with product development teams to promote and launch new items.

- Digital Marketing: Oversee the online marketing initiatives of the business. This involves in charge of the business's email marketing, social media accounts, website, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

- Public Relations and Communications: Oversee all communications, both internal and external. Create and implement public relations plans to manage the company's image and highlight its accomplishments.

- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, brochures, and other materials, to assist in selling products to clients.

- Customer Engagement: Develop and manage customer engagement strategies. This may include customer retention programs, loyalty programs, and feedback systems.

- Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics to track the success of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports on marketing KPIs to the executive team.
