We are dedicated to creating value for both entrepreneurs and investors by identifying, funding and nurturing high-potential ventures.Qualifications :- Expertise on Canva/Adobe, Hootsuite, Brochure designs- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.- Creativity and an eye for design to craft visually appealing posts.Key Responsibilities :- Generate ideas for social media posts with the help of the team- Maintain our social media presence across all social media accounts including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.- Plan and implement social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively- Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and shareable content tailored to each social media platform.- Creation of graphics + promotional materials for events using appropriate softwares like Canva, Adobe Suite etc- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketers, to ensure a consistent brand voice and message.- Promotion of a4X platform, Special Initiatives of GVFL and related activities- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website- Collaborate with designers to improve user experienceSkills & Experience :- A minimum of 1 year's digital marketing experience ideally covering performance marketing specifically affiliate marketing and social campaigns- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.- Graphic design skills with a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.- Excellent organisational, time-management and interpersonal skills as well as strong attention to detail are mandatory requirements- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Experience with building and executing integrated campaigns- Good team player with a sense of ownership and responsibility and an understanding of their impact on achieving success- Experience with working in Startup ecosystem will be an added advantage- Local Candidates preferredIndustry : Venture Capital & Private Equity (ref:updazz.com)
