Job description: We're seeking a marketing lead who truly understands our audience, someone who can delve into the minds of IT professionals to discern their wants and needs. The Responsibilities
- Growth Marketing: user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue generation, etc
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee and direct both B2C (initially) and B2B (later) marketing strategies, focusing on targeting the developer audience.
- SEO and SEM: Develop, execute, and optimize strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Social Media Management: Lead and manage all social media platforms, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
- Email Marketing: Create and oversee targeted email campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Performance Marketing: Utilize analytics to continuously evaluate and improve campaign performance. Website analytics (Mixpanel/Google/Heap, etc) and tech stack, ROI on Ads, etc
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure a unified brand strategy
To be successful in this role, one must have -
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in marketing with specific success in targeting developers.
- Expertise: Proven skills in Growth and Performance Marketing.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Prior experience in leading marketing function and P&L, buil/manage and inspire a team of marketing professionals
