Ensure these strategies are optimized for online sales and customer engagement. Clinic Marketing Integration: Seamlessly integrate online marketing efforts with physical clinic promotions to create a unified brand experience for customers. Digital Campaign Management: Oversee digital campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they are effectively targeted, executed, and yield high ROI. Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Experts : Experience working with and executing marketing plans with SEO specialists, digital content creators, social media strategists, affiliate marketing experts. Influencer Relations and PR Specialists : Experience in managing influencer relationships, PR campaigns, and brand partnerships. Market Analysis and Localization: Conduct thorough market research to understand global and local trends in skincare and clinic services. Adapt marketing strategies to fit cultural and regional preferences. Content and Brand Messaging: Ensure all digital content, from product descriptions to promotional materials, is on-brand, engaging, and tailored to our diverse customer base. Customer Journey Optimization: Analyze and enhance the online customer journey, from awareness to purchase and post-purchase engagement, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience. Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate with international teams, including content creators, digital marketers, SEO specialists, and data analysts, to ensure cohesive efforts and maximum impact. Budget and Resource Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to various channels and campaigns based on performance and strategic importance. Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation, especially in digital marketing tactics and e-commerce strategies, to continually improve customer reach and engagement. Reporting and Stakeholder Communication: Regularly report on campaign performance, market insights, and strategy effectiveness to senior management and stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field. Significant experience in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce and/or the skincare industry. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online customer behavior, and digital marketing trends. Proven track record in leading diverse and geographically spread teams. Data-driven decision-making skills with an analytical approach. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Agile and adaptable to rapidly changing market environments. Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or clinic marketing is highly desirable. Pay: 35 - 60 LPA plus bonuses for performance targets. Working Environment: This position is based in Bangalore, India, but involves coordinating with global teams and markets, particularly focusing on the Australian market. The role involves a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
