About The Role Oliv.ai is looking for our 1st Growth Marketer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in driving growth and optimizing customer engagement. This position will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies and initiatives that improve user engagement, acquisition and retention. What You'll Do Develop and execute growth strategies and initiatives to improve user engagement, acquisition and retention. Develop and manage campaigns and marketing efforts to boost product usage and promote customer loyalty. Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights to inform campaigns and strategies. Optimize user experience with the product and identify new user acquisition channels. Leverage marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools to measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns. What We Need 3+ years of experience in a Growth Marketing role, startup exp a plus. Excellent understanding of customer acquisition and engagement techniques. Familiarity with data analytics tools and marketing automation platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
