Job description: *Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential export markets and opportunities for the plastic bag, tarpaulin and non-woven bag industry.

*Develop and implement the export marketing plan and budget in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Generate leads and inquiries from existing and new customers through various online and offline channels such as email, social media, trade shows, exhibitions, etc.

*Communicate effectively with customers and prospects to understand their requirements, provide product information, quotations, samples, etc.

*Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with customers and finalize orders.

*Coordinate with the production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

*Maintain and update customer database, records, and reports on export sales performance, market trends, competitors' activities, etc.

*Resolve customer complaints, issues, and queries in a timely and professional manner.

*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, distributors, and other stakeholders in the export market.

*Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the export marketing activities and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.

** Required Skills: Has Previously worked in Non Woven Industry
