Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Sales and Marketing professional to join our growing team in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, marketing knowledge, and a deep understanding of the IT landscape. Key Roles and Responsibilities : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing and business development team to create and execute targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and website content. Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to maximize outreach and engagement. Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of services. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential challenges. Utilize market insights to inform sales and marketing strategies. Work cross-functionally with other departments, such as DevOps and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to gather product feedback and enhance offerings based on market demands. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations and maintain a competitive edge in the IT sales landscape. Streamline and improve the sales process, from lead generation to closure, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against these targets. Should have good contacts with prospective clients and have a strong networking in IT Service / Product Industry Create and analyse sales reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to senior management. Key Skillset we would expect you to have : 1+ Hands on experience in Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical information in a clear and compelling manner to clients. Proficient with corporate marketing and presentation techniques. Possesses a strong attention to detail. Strategic thinking, planning and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. A deeper understanding of IT products and services, allowing for more technical discussions with clients. Must possess strong email and verbal etiquette to effectively communicate with clients. Flexibility to adapt to changes in the IT industry and the ability to quickly pivot and adjust strategies in response to evolving market dynamics. Optional Skillset you would make us awe with : Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. The ability to provide consultative guidance to clients, tailoring solutions to their specific challenges and goals. Relevant certifications in IT or sales, such as IT sales training or industry-specific certifications, to demonstrate expertise. Understanding cloud technologies, including SaaS (Software as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service), and IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), can be highly beneficial for selling IT solutions in today's cloud-centric environment. Qualifications : Bachelor/Master Degrees in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines would prefer. Proven experience in executive sales and marketing roles within the IT industry. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel as needed.
