Job description: What do you do: Driving repeat transactions Designing and executing nurturing campaigns for loyal customers. Able to maintain good domain reputation and ensure good inbox delivery rate and low unsubscribe rate Should be good with analytics and tracking data granularly Identify target audience and grow email lists Define multiple customer journeys for various categories and customer segments Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and its compliance to briefs Ensure mobile-friendly email templates Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes Create and secure email databases Customer segmentation based on behaviour and demographics Should be able to plan ahead and optimise campaign communication on the fly based on regular analysis Good research on current Trends and moment marketing opportunities What We're Looking For: Hands-on experience with tools like Moengage or Webengage or Netcore etc. Min 1 year of experience in end-to-end email marketing and domain reputation management Knowledge on web analytical tools like Google Analytics Basic knowledge on Excel or Google sheets Basic Knowledge of HTML is a plus Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations Proved results of business or revenue growth from email marketing/ marketing communication Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
