The role involves a combination of creative, analytical, and technical tasks to drive online visibility, engagement, and conversion. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. Content Creation and Management: Create and optimize engaging content for various online channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email. Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media accounts by creating and curating relevant content. Implement social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines. Monitor and report on website performance using SEO tools. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing. Analyze email campaign performance and implement improvements. Paid Advertising: Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads and social media ads. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Website Management: Collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and conversion. Implement website updates and enhancements as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on specific areas like social media, SEO, or paid advertising. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, etc.). Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Certifications in relevant areas (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.). Experience with marketing automation tools.
