We provide regular reporting to prove the value of our work and accelerate growth for our partners. We are now in a very exciting period of growth and are looking for a talented search engine optimisation specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong copywriting skills. You will work across a variety of digital projects-from creating social media posts, ads, to writing business proposals and helping acquire leads. You must be passionate about creating scroll-stopping content and talking with clients. Responsibilities: PPC Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimise comprehensive paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.). Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and enhance campaign performance. Regularly monitor and adjust campaign budgets, bids, and ad creatives to achieve optimal ROI. Ad Copy Creation and Testing: Craft compelling and effective ad copy that aligns with marketing objectives and resonates with target audiences. Perform A/B testing of ad creatives to refine messaging and improve click-through rates. Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and opportunities for expansion. Analyse keyword trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Generate regular reports outlining key performance indicators and presenting findings to the marketing team. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to optimise landing pages and improve conversion rates. Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance the user experience and drive higher conversion rates. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the PPC space. Proactively recommend and implement innovative strategies to stay competitive. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in [industry/niche]. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus. Familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing channels is advantageous.
