Job description: The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. Responsibilities GRAPHIC DESIGN Creating visual designs for print and digital media Collaborating with clients and decision-makers to understand project requirements Designing brand kits to ensure branding consistency Using design software to produce visually appealing designs Creating visual elements like logos and illustrations SEO Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies. Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations Research and analyze competitor advertising links Develop and implement link building strategy Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT Conceptualizing creative ideas. Testing and improving the design of the website. Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients. Working with different content management systems. Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes. Incorporating functionalities and features into websites. Designing sample pages including colors and fonts. Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure. REQUIREMENTS A relevant diploma in a related field. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools. Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript. Good understanding of content management systems. Good understanding of search engine optimization principles. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues. Excellent visual design skills. Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies. Creative and open to new ideas. Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques. Excellent communication skills. 2+ year of marketing experience Content creation skills Excellent communication and organizational skills
