Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic skilled, and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. This role is key to developing and executing marketing strategies, particularly focusing on digital channels to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Designing and managing effective marketing funnels to guide potential customers from awareness to purchase. Building and maintaining an email subscriber list, creating engaging email content, and managing targeted email campaigns. Developing robust lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects. Crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, content marketing, PPC, and SEO. Utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Analyzing customer behavior and optimizing each stage of the marketing funnel for maximum conversion. Monitoring performance and producing detailed reports on digital marketing campaign results. Continuously researching and implementing the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tools. Strong analytical skills and create thinking. Excellent communication skills and a knack for creative problem-solving. Expertise in SEO/SEM, CRM software, and web analytics and creative campaigns.
