EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with: Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimize website content. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes. Increase inflow of website traffic & leads using SEO best practices. Social Media Optimization (SMO): Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Manage and optimize social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Create compelling content for social media posts and monitor social media analytics. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Plan and execute effective paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads. Monitor and analyze the performance of SEM campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Work on optimizing ad spend to achieve maximum ROI. Meta Ads: Develop and implement meta advertising campaigns to enhance online visibility. Create engaging ad copy and monitor campaign performance. Expectations from you: Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales preferred. Necessary Skills Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SMO, SEM, meta ads, and email marketing best practices. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies. Experience in conducting webinars and podcasts is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a startup environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
