Job description: This role is perfect for Freshers / Professionals who are looking at switching their existing roles and who are aiming to become digital marketers. Upon completion of this 6 months internship, we will hire select interns as full-time digital marketing executives whose performance matches our expectations. We will turn you into a world-class digital marketer. It's a Full-time paid internship (Mon-Sat 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) work from-office role for graduates / full-time marketers with a Stipend of Rs 3000 Per Month. Once you complete your six months internship, you could be promoted to our permanent Digital Marketing Executive role. You can apply only if you meet the following criteria: 1) You must have an excellent command of written English and should be very good in content to be able to tweet and make compelling social media posts. 2) You should stay/be willing to relocate within 30 Mins of our Race Course Road office in Bangalore as this is a 6 days work from office internship. 3) Selected interns will be given the opportunity to become full-time employees after completion of their internship. Having done other digital marketing internships will be an added advantage. You Will Get Trained & Your Responsibilities would Include the Following: 1) Study all our digital marketing platforms and assist the manager in the creation and execution of the weekly and monthly plans. 2) Measure the performance and improve the conversion rates across all platforms. 3) Manage the given postings, groups, and other tasks assigned to you and ensure that you complete each of them with proper results. 4)Ideate & Create compelling Videos for all our social media platforms with the help of graphic designers and post them across all our platforms to consistently improve conversions 5) Create and post compelling content across all our digital platforms to get the desired audience engagement. You will be assigned the responsibility of managing Twitter posts, LinkedIn posts, Facebook and Instagram posts, and other platform postings. 6) Learn how to generate leads from various platforms. Actively participating in trending #tags/groups/online discussions and get fetch specific leads for our paid clients. 7) Work across all our ad platforms including Google, Meta, and youtube, and learn how to get great ROI from all our ad activities. 8) Finishing assignments and reports on time Perks Certificate Full-time employment after completion of Internship for Select Candidates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent or currently completed a digital marketing course from a recognized institute. Any Digital Marketing Certification will be an Advantage Are available for a duration of 6 months Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet deadlines and anticipate next steps or needs Work effectively both independently and as part of a team Understands and can utilize emerging platforms, digital media, and web/social media Stipend There is a fixed Stipend of 3000 PM Plus Additional Incentives based on your manager's Ratings and your performance.
