Knowledge of operation policies & procedures / service standards and competitive environment. Knowledge of legislation and regulations, concerning MF Industry, Insurance Industry and PFRDA. Qualification Minimum Qualification: Graduation, Post Graduation, MBA (Marketing) Should have qualified NISM Series V- A: Mutual Fund Distributors/ NISM-Series-XVII: Retirement Adviser / IRDA certification KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As part of the organization & digital transformation journey; lead the Website redesign project with the key objective to drive online sales. Provide require support in executing paid campaigns on Search and Display platforms covering campaign set-up Targeting, execution, performance report, creative, optimization etc for existing customers and prospects via search, display and Affiliate platforms. Evaluation of Development Partners from a UI UX perspective. Conceptualization and deployment of User Interface. Website portal development & maintenance. Strategize online media campaigns for performance and branding. Performance campaign include lead or customer acquisition and online transactions. Social media marketing. Manage User experience across platforms.
