Job description: Location Mumbai CTC Rs. 3,00,000 - Rs. 4,80,000 per year Job Brief Nuance Consultancy is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage paid advertising across assets for our clients. The candidate should have experience and a strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads. We would require you to strategise, plan, execute and analyse communications for clients across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & YouTube. You will need to work with various Analytics tools to extrapolate sharp insights, spearhead the paid media strategy of various clients and collaborate with brands & influencers. In this role, you will need to be highly creative, have an aptitude for writing, have a penchant for numbers and have a sharp eye for design. Responsibilities Develop and execute a range of digital and social media marketing campaigns to help shape, promote and expand the brand's reach Oversee day-to-day management of paid campaigns and ensure brand consistency across social media channels for clients Develop engaging, creative, innovative ad ideas for clients Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology Analyse digital campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity and keep an eye on trends within the online space Suggest innovative campaigns to engage with audiences through online channels & tools Spearhead the paid media approach for clients by running ads through Facebook Ad Manager & Google to increase reach, traffic & conversions for clients Education and Experience Requirements: A Bachelors / Specialized course in Business, Marketing, Digital, Journalism, Public Relations or relevant fields Experience working with Meta Ads and Google Ads is a must 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing Certifications related to digital marketing and social media through online courses offered by Udemy, Coursera, Google and other relevant platforms are an added bonus Skills & Attribute Requirements: Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms & Digital Marketing Best Practices Good understanding of Performance Marketing is a must Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint is a plus Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize the fundamental concepts throughout various forms of outreach Proficient Copywriting skills are a bonus Ability to drive initiatives, be creative, innovative and able to think out of the box Ability to understand the uniqueness of each brand to craft a distinctive strategy that would suit the brand's audience Knowledge of E-mail Marketing Good Interpersonal Skills Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills Analytical mindset and Critical thinking Team player with a Positive attitude
