Job description: Region: Palakkad Experience: 2 - 3 years Requirements Any Degree, preferably in Marketing. Experience in successfully managing multiple social media accounts of organizations. Knowledge in leading social media platforms, and content creation. Understanding of various Social Media Tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and delivery of paid advertisements. Proficiency in English and local Language is mandatory. Plan and execute influencer marketing Responsibilities Responsible for creating Digital Media Plans. Identifying customer behavior and crafting content to increase engagement. Ensuring a steady growth of the social channels. Addressing various customer complaints & enquiries. Building good relationships with Social Media Influencers, Communities, Affiliates, etc. Moderating Various integrated in-house digital activities. Influencing the designers to make compelling artworks. Conceptualisation & creation of various marketing campaigns. Coordinating with various in-house departments. Keeping Up to Date with the latest Social Media Trends. Assist with Social Media Performance Report. Planning of Marketing Strategies to Help Drive Traffic and Conversion, etc.
