We are planning to hire a Digital Marketing Associate to Spearhead lead generation and conversion. Candidates with deep experience in LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Leads Pipeline generation and pipeline management can apply. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development : Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on lead generation and client acquisition. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the management consulting industry, shaping strategies accordingly. Online Presence Management : Ensure the firm's website is optimized for lead generation, employing strategies such as compelling landing pages, clear calls-to-action, and intuitive user journeys. Oversee social media channels to engage with the audience, promote lead magnets, and foster a community around the firm's expertise. Monitor and manage online reviews and mentions strategically to enhance the firm's reputation and generate interest. Content Creation and Distribution for Lead Generation : Develop high-quality content aimed at educating potential clients and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. Implement a content calendar with a strong focus on lead magnets such as webinars, e-books, and guides, distributed through various channels. Email Marketing and Lead Nurture : Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns specifically designed for lead generation and nurturing. Regularly analyze and optimize email campaigns based on key performance indicators, ensuring effectiveness in lead engagement and conversion. Lead Generation Strategies : Devise and implement innovative lead generation strategies, including but not limited to content marketing, SEO, and strategic partnerships. Work closely with the sales team to understand lead requirements and ensure marketing efforts align with the needs of the client pipeline. Client Pipeline Management : Implement and maintain robust systems for tracking and managing leads through the entire client pipeline. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and effective communication regarding lead status and client interactions. Analytics and Reporting for Lead Management : Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns. Regularly report on key performance indicators related to lead generation and client pipeline management, providing insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing channels, with a specialized focus on lead generation strategies. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Analytical Abilities : Strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyze lead generation metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
