- Should have around 3+ years of experience in a dynamic and high growth startup-like environment managing marketing, email, social media, digital advertising, and/or growth campaigns

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Should be comfortable with handling data and reports with the right tools

- Structured problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn, experiment and grow. Good communication skills

- Should be able to independently form a hypothesis about the market, and validate the same through data

- Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.

- Ability to take initiatives and address something hands-on

What will you do?

- Develop deep understanding about the offering and market for technology learning product

- You will be responsible for identifying and scaling new ways to acquire customers for various offerings (optimizing for cost of acquisition)

- Define, understand & identify key success metrics and strategies for all re-activation programs

- Ensure steady execution of processes from idea to final launch for re-activation programs/projects

- Coordinate with internal business stakeholders to understand and build marketing strategy for the organization
