Job description: Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing objectives and translate them into actionable campaign strategies. Leverage in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and implement effective email marketing, social media marketing, and other digital campaigns. Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to optimize campaign performance. Utilize Journey Builder to create and manage automated customer journeys, ensuring personalized and seamless interactions across various touchpoints. Implement data-driven strategies by utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to segment and target audiences based on various criteria. Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators and share them with relevant stakeholders. 6. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing, loyalty, and other teams to align campaign strategies with overall business goals. Communicate campaign progress, results, and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of hands-on experience in utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud for marketing purposes. 3. Proficient in creating and managing email campaigns, social media campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives. 4. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and automation using Journey Builder. 5. Excellent data management skills and experience with audience segmentation. 6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate marketing performance metrics. 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
