As a Business Development Executive, you'll drive growth by finding new clients, crafting strategies, and presenting our digital marketing services. Your skills in relationship building, communication, and industry awareness will be key to your success. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential clients. Develop innovative strategies for business development by analyzing target demographics, economic trends, customer needs, and emerging interest areas. Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking. Develop and close the business leads generated from internal sources Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects, effectively showcasing our comprehensive range of digital marketing services and unique value proposition. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders to establish trust and credibility. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition of clients from initial engagement to service delivery. Requirements We're Looking for Someone With: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably with a Digital Marketing Agency. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong presentation and persuasion abilities, with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Work from our Bangalore-HSR Layout office Nice to Have: Knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and website design/development. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred)
