About the Role

This position is for a Business Analyst Specialized in Marketing who will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing strategies to improve business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business principles, data analysis, marketing, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze information needs and system requirements.
  • Maintain and improve systems processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct daily systems analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems and implement improvements.
  • Develop relationships with partners for system integration
  • Address questions from management and provide recommendations.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Gather and analyze marketing data from a variety of sources, including website analytics, social media, and CRM systems.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline marketing operations.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to uncover patterns and generate insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to drive business improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

Required Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or an MBA.
  • 6 Months - 1 Year of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence tools preferred Google data studio,
  • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred with experience in investment sales of real estate.
  • Extensive experience with data visualization.
  • Experience in SEO Analytics and E-marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
