Job description:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign data to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and budgets

1. Inbound: look at inbound funnels / analysis done by respective pod product managers and map it to customer insights to ensure we take the right rectification
2. Outbound: keep on collecting customer insights by using a focus group/ other means at any point of time
3. Positioning/ Messaging/ Marketing: Basis customer insights help to define various TGs> appropriate positioning/messaging to them> relevant content/ context > approach to such TG - pricing/ placement (channel etc.)/ promotions etc.
