What will you do Marketing Strategy: Define the modes of marketing to ensure a comprehensive and effective approach. Plan and finalize the marketing plan as per the slate of projects, aligning strategies with overall business goals Budget Management: Optimize marketing budgets through innovative tie-ups, negotiation with vendors, and cost-sharing models 360-Degree Marketing: Ideate and pitch solutions across various platforms (television, radio, OOH, digital, print, merchandise, trade branding) to increase brand reach. Create sponsorship clientele for in-movie integrations. Conceptualize and drive on-ground brand activations (e.g., mall activations, on-ground events) to ensure maximum connect with potential viewers. Drive social media coverage and impact through relevant posts, content, and trailers Media Alliances & Partnerships: Strategically identify and utilize media alliances across platforms (TV, radio, print, digital, on-ground integrations) to create an effective marketing mix, thereby increasing the overall impact and penetration of film campaigns. Find new avenues and tie-ups (barters & sponsorships) to increase the reach of the marketing campaign Team Management: Work with the HR partner to create an engaged team within V18 Studios. Review team performance regularly and provide constructive feedback. Ensure optimum levels of engagement through appropriate recognition channels. Provide inputs to the HR Partner to create a workforce plan in alignment with the overall business plan for V18 Studios, highlighting future staffing and skill requirements Who should apply for this role Candidate with management post-graduate degree, preferably with a specialization in marketing with 15 years of experience Prior experience in brand marketing in a fast-paced and dynamic industry Proficient in negotiating and persuading stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes Professional who possesses extensive knowledge of consumer behavior and trends.
