Role Description Pococare is seeking an Associate- Marketing Communication for a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. The position's key requirement is to build and sustain Pococare platform awareness amongst its subscribers with differentiated content and communication for family members specifically elderly parents and rest of the family members. The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities related to marketing and communication, with a primary focus on creating and editing content, social media, email marketing, online and offline event co-ordination. Key Responsibility Areas: To develop compelling content aligned with Pococare values on digital platforms To increase visibility and engagement on social media platforms To track metrics across social media platforms To assess the impact and ROI of social media campaigns. To develop email campaigns To coordinate online and offline events To join in brainstorming sessions and contribute to idea generation Must Have Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1-3 years of relevant experience in content creation, email marketing, social media, PR, and event coordination Strong writing and proofreading skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders Excellent organizational and project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving Desirable Requirements: Prior experience working in a healthcare organization would be a plus Good network with creative freelancers, agencies and print production houses Ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously Experience across social media platforms, use of influencers to build community Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs
