Role and Responsibilities: Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media) and content creation. Collaborate across teams for campaign success. Social Media management: should be able to create engaging content and have a solid knack for design sense. He/they Should be able to brief designers and take complete ownership of final designs in alignment with the requirement. Branding Initiatives: Should be able to support Dept. in handling official handles of Google review, ambition box etc. Content Creation: Aid in creating marketing materials adhering to brand guidelines, including brochures, videos, flipbooks and presentations. Data Analysis: Evaluate marketing data for campaigns, monthly reports, social media analysis. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong communication and writing skills for creating internal and external content. Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management, email marketing, and content management systems. Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and a passion for branding and marketing.
