Job description: We're looking for Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing enthusiast to spearhead our marketing initiatives - who has proven success in leading multi-channel marketing through digital and have experience managing marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Should lead E2E performance marketing strategy, planning, execution, monitoring, optimization and reporting for campaigns Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to, paid social, display advertising, email, SMS and Whatsapp marketing, paid search (SEM) and affiliate marketing. Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Create and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various marketing functions including performance marketing, events, social media marketing, product marketing and partnerships Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content, manage social media calendars. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine campaign strategies and improve conversion rates. Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the performance marketing landscape. Qualifications 4+ year of relevant performance marketing experience or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving business growth & revenue. Master's degree in Marketing is a plus. Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager etc. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel) to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance. Excellent communication and organizational skills
