Job description: - We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills. The Marketing Assistant will support various marketing activities, assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, and contribute to the overall success of the marketing department.Responsibilities :Campaign Support :- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of campaign objectives.- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights for improvement.Content Creation :- Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and other promotional materials.- Ensure that all content aligns with the brand voice, messaging, and marketing goals.Social Media Management :- Assist in managing and growing the company's social media presence.- Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.- Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to inquiries or comments.Data Analysis : - Assist in collecting and analyzing marketing data to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the marketing team.Event Coordination :- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.- Coordinate logistics, manage RSVPs, and ensure smooth event operations.Market Research :- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for the company.- Summarize findings and present actionable insights to the marketing team.Qualifications :- MBA (Fresher)- Proven experience (internships or entry-level positions) in marketing or a related role.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Personal Attributes :- Creativity and innovative thinking.- Proactive and self-motivated.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
